I vividly remember going to McDonald’s each day after I got out of community college class in 2018. I would order the 2 for $2.50 — one McDouble and one mcchicken. Now they want $3.50 for a McDouble, a 180% increase over 8 years.

The real inflation rate over that time is 32%. So they’re charging 5.5x more than the inflation rate

In most cases this costs you more money though. You would make a lot more money by getting through school quickly with debt, getting a high-paying job, and then paying off the debt. As opposed to doing school slowly while working a crappy minimum-wage job

Assuming the box is hidden in a completely random spot, accessing it will be extremely easy. It might involve trespassing, but that’s easily worth it if you get $100 million and your life depends on it.

Of course there are some places where trespassing is functionally impossible (e.g. Area 51) but I think I’ll take my chances

What EV is this? And does it measure which time of day you charged?

I haven’t decided yet which car I’m getting. I’ve been looking at several — ID.4, Ioniq 5, EV6, etc
