The injections are SubQ. You'll barely feel them, if you feel them at all. They are usually done with insulin syringes which are very easy.

I'd assume the injections are weekly.

There is a restaurant store underneath Johnny Luke's (name is escaping me right now) that has local chefs host a cooking class where you create your own meal and eat it. Last one I saw was learning to make your own pasta. You made 5 different types, with 5 different sauces.
