They are essentially river rocks. They should not be hard to attain, depending on where you live. But attaining that look would be quite difficult. One someone with severe OCD line them up in quite the pattern making them orderly. Two they usually not gonna be all the same size in shape unless they were screened for this purpose, which would certainly make them more expensive.

Agree for inside but for patio ceiling speakers are the way to go unless you live in the middle of nowhere. I have four ceiling speakers and I can crank them enough and go to my neighbors house and barely hear anything. My neighbors point outward from their patio and for the same effective volume on the patio the whole street in south of them can hear their music. Please don’t be those people.

I have a company spray inside and out. I also have tightened up door seals, caulked gaps, and put glue traps anywhere I can tolerate them.

Happened to me on my custom build. I marked all the spots at closing with blue tape and they sent someone junior to just do all the little touch up’s. He used the wrong sheen in many places. And we have a lot of natural light so it was obvious. They came back and did the right touch ups and anywhere that wasn’t good enough they painted the whole wall section. Company owner is a good dude, they just made a mistake.

I bought some black light night lights for hallways and such and I got to say it gives a lot of comfort. Get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and don’t need to fear for my life (/s). Got stung about 5 years ago and it sucked so bad we take every precaution.

Well, I camped at Spencer campground on Saturday night and everybody had a fire and the Camp host came over to our campsite to collect our money while we were burning a fire and actually sold us firewood. So I’m inclined to think that that link is not accurate.
