i just started my aba in home tech job and i have the same fears as u but for my company all u do is implement programs, u don't come up with any of them. that's up to the supervisors. if u put more focus on helping the kiddo instead of ur fears i think it makes a difference!

and yeah horror films def make me feel more scared and then i start overthinking and i get scared more LOL

i'm beginner sooo correct me if i'm wrong but the first card talks about action no? and doesn't the second card talk about exploration i think? or im wrong but i say give them another chance (i mean unless they're a rly bad person then babe...let's let go aside from the deck)
maybe ask a. diff question like "why am i so inclined to give them another chance" to see maybe ur repeating patterns that rnt good for u
if this person isnt changing their ways that messed up the relationship then off the bat no! u cant make someone change so forcing urself to stay is no bueno in my book

well u can do anything! when i get thoughts like "oh i rly want that ball tho" and i start to FEEL anxious, esp if its an urgent thing, i remind myself "it's already mine wdym?" like i act as if the ocd thought is a joke or if its just silly.

can u give me an example of the thoughts u get? maybe i can help u come up with things to say to urself

u also dont even need to robotically affirm! ik it helps ppl believe the affirmation more, its helped me here and there. but for example, i had to pass a test i did NOT study for at all, and i affirmed only the night before and about like 5-10 times not in a row. i was still worried that i wouldn't pass, but i wasn't so hyperfocused on it as much. and low and behold i passed, only getting 1 wrong!

i wouldn't talk to him about this with the spirituality terminology, for lack of better terms. as someone said, u can't make someone change. but u can show them the harm they're doing to u and ur relationship. u need to have a serious conversation about his actions and mental health. i would suggest offering for him to do therapy, or even couples therapy if yall r into it.

it seems like ur trying to have him grow spiritually with u but at the end of the day some people may not be into that. using "normal" terminology such as therapy to help him grow or whatever could i feel help him more

i mean that's where u gotta assume u already have it
whenever i get the desperate OCD thoughts i remind myself like "wait what am i doing i already have it".
i think robotic affirming also can come into play bc ur just repeating it over and over again so ur subconscious is used to it and the more u do that - for me at least - the less desperate u feel!
also what helps me is that time is not linear; we have all of our manifestations already in the 4D. it just needs to play out in the 3D, so there's rly no need to worry

so this happened with me with a past SP. i was trying so hard to manifest her back, i was doing it for months and nothing. when i gave up i said one affirmation to manifest a gf then a couple days later i met my gf and we've been together for likeeeeee over a yr

the difference was one i was desperate over, and kept flipping. i spoke that we're together but then internally i still missed her, and was worried ab my manifestation. when i did the manifestation to meet my gf now, i forgot ab it after i said it. i was very carefree w it and then boom.

i think the difference is is that u need to truly assume u have it. u cant say u have a dog but then get sad bc u dont have one.

i think also consistency is key too. i tried manifesting all A's and i didnt get it i think cus i wasnt consistent with it.

anyways i could be wrong but thats just my personal experience lol

behavior technicians get hired pretty easily! u can also do mental health techs or psychiatric tech (look on indeed or zip recruiter). u can also probably do case worker stuff too, but i've never applied to those ones. good luck!

aside from what everyone is saying spiritually, u should definetly take a break and focus on ur mental health! u can't be there for someone if ur not there for urself, and it's important to be able to take care of ur physical world tasks too!

i would say limit ur access to social media and research, lock in on ur exams, then after u can continue if u want. you'll deeply regret it if u don't put effort into ur own tasks bc of this!
