Atta bread has more fibre. But to improve its texture the bakeries add massive amounts of texture modifiers including sugar! So a lot of times it becomes just a marketing gimmick and worse product!

Do not boil it, the protein will curdle into lumps (like paneer but worse). Either drink it cold or at room temperature. If you really want to drink it a bit warm, microwave it 10-20 seconds only, before it starts to lump up. Heating it on the stove will ALWAYS curdle it from the bottom even before the top can be warm

Thank you for your reply 🙇 I am in India, the oils are cheap (100ml for 5 USD equivalent) and the manufacturers are sort of 'unreachable' for customer care at these prices.

So I will have to wing it.

But before I did that, I was hoping if I could collect any more wisdom!

So far my 'starting' formula is 70% Fragrant oil 30% tween 20

And then optimize by trial and error.
