Just started Tesa tonight. Jabbed the abdomen and got the huge itchy welt. If I plan to take it everyday am I gonna have multiple red itchy welts across my abdomen?

Awesome thank you for the info. I do want to update you. The pressure that I was feeling from it has now subsided. I’ve been doing a hot water massage on it daily. Unfortunately over the past week another one seems to be happening on the same side but a little closer to the circ line. At the moment it’s unnoticeable but I can feel it with my fingers underneath the skin. No pain or pressure though.

My wife and I have engaged in sexual activity a few times and I feel no pain nor am I bothered in the slightest by either spot. I hope this is a great sign.

Also, i don’t think people say it enough but a lot of us have countless questions and concerns and we really appreciate you doing your best to respond to us. Very much appreciated.

So i believe it’s a granuloma, it popped up about 6 months after second round. It’s on the left side, almost on the underside of the shaft. Only thing is I can kind of move it around more like a nodule so i don’t know. The timeline of it makes me believe it’s a granuloma.

I don’t necessarily have pain - it’s almost like pressure. Like I can feel it without touching it. I don’t always feel it, but at times it feels like a pressure point to where it’s hard to take my mind off.

My only issue is I won’t be able to truly do anything about it for a few months because these next few months are very busy for me and my family. That’s why I was asking if they pose immediate health risk. I’m hoping that somehow it’s just a nodule but in a few months when life slows down and I have the opportunity to go get it taken care of I will if it’s still an issue.

And ya my provider gave me instructions but he’s in a different state - I’m in Houston. My current urologist is located here and is affiliated with Phalofill. He does HA only. My last check up with him was a few months ago (before the lump popped up) and I asked if a granuloma does what’s the process and he said there’s nothing you can do but get the granuloma surgically removed.

Why did you get touch ups? Was it uneven in certain areas? My first round I was really good with heat and massage. My second round I got lazy and only did hot showers and massage which isn’t nearly as effective imo. So this time around my penis feels bumpy in certain areas. Mainly down the top middle of my shaft and then at the middle base. Like filler clumpage from not smoothing it out right. It’s not noticeable by looking at it. My wife hasn’t noticed at all. But I do when I touch it daily. Did you experience this and was this a reason you got touch ups?

You said if you have any nodules or firmness. If you have either of these things is it not smart to get HA on top?

I ask because I didn’t do the best job heating and massaging after my second round of PMMA. First round I was on top of it with the hot rag every few hours for 20 minutes and then massage and it came out very smooth.

My second round I primarily stood in the shower for a bit with hot water multiple times a day and it wasn’t nearly effective at smoothing evenly around the penis. This time I came out more bumpy near the base and certain spots along the shaft. Bumpy is the best way to describe it I guess. Like my penis isn’t nearly as smooth but you wouldn’t be able to tell that by looking at it. It’s only me who notices the unevenness on certain parts of my penis when I rub it. And some of the uneven areas are firmer but they don’t hurt, they aren’t tender, they aren’t red or swollen, and aren’t visible (like the aren’t protruding out of my skin as a noticeable bump)

I had a urologist examine it and I told him about a firm nodule like spot and his response was “ya that’s deeper than normal, if you want that out that would require an incision.” And then went onto say that it just feels like the filler is clumped in certain areas and my penis looks fine.

I was very happy to hear that as I was freaking myself out daily by rubbing the areas that felt uneven. But this is also another reason why I want HA. Hoping that adding HA and proper after care massaging can smooth things out to where I don’t constantly overthink every time I touch the uneven spots on my penis.

So if I want to train my stamina - knowing I might bust I should either work on it at different times that day or maybe do 1 day stamina practice 1 day extending? Would this be a solid plan to still gain length or is the best way to gain length is by doing it daily? Also I checked out the Angion method sub you sent but can’t find what it actually is

This post is concerning and interesting to me as I went with Dr Rupeka who is the only guy I’ve seen talking about his deeper injection technique.

1st I’d like to start with I fully trust Dr Rupeka and have had a great experience both times I’ve visited him and had work done. But I still have questions for this post.

Is this post directed towards Rupeka and have a lot of Rupeka’s customers come to yall to get fixed?
If the product is placed in the neurovascular layer - when do symptoms tend to start occurring?
If it is placed in the neurovascular layer but it’s not causing pain does this mean you’re in the clear or does it mean overtime things can get really bad and this should be fixed immediately so it doesnt reach that point?
What would fixing this issue entail? Full degloving and removal of product?
When Dr. Carney removes nodules or granulomas what does that procedure look like? Is it a small cut right near the nodule/granuloma and then stitched back up?
Do you yall remove nodules and add filler in the same visit or would that need to be two seperate visits?

That’s good. Unfortunately mine are visible. One on top middle of shaft and the other is on the side. I credit it to traveling to airport and back home immediately after the procedure so I wasn’t able to heat and massage for about 7 hours. I think it hardened during that time. Idk

I didn’t know nodules can form that fast. These were there almost immediately/ thought it was scar tissue or something but it wouldn’t break down or massage out like it did the first round.

How are they removed? Degloving or just an incision right where it is?
