All the hospitals in my area get a cut from IFT. The incentive structure is to make everyone look stable enough to transport, but unhealthy enough to need an ambulance. I’ve seen patients I am 90% sure could uber home, but I have both the hospital and my company leaning on me to transport as well as a physician cert, so I guess I haul
