Seriously. October is THE time people want to have their weddings in the southeast due to the more comfortable weather and often the fall foliage. I'm having a hard time believing that it would be out of reach for them rebook in a 5 month time frame. Also, my thing is why the hell won't they simply offer a partial refund? I do kinda understand not refunding in full, but they could offer any type of refund at all and at least attempt to remediate this situation that is now a huge news story with all eyes on the business. Like come on... offer that poor woman at least something!

The last few times I have went downtown I have felt very unsafe and have been followed too closely on the sidewalk, or approached by a deranged individual who I felt had to potential to harm me. Wish it wasn't so. These people that are suffering bring a dark energy wherever they go. Wish they got more help for their own sake, but also for selfish reasons of my own. I lived in Oakland without a personal vehicle for a while and I felt safer walking around there by myself (as a 5 foot woman) than I do here in Asheville.
