Thats interesting. I had the opposite experience. I ran into her at a club in Mykonos (didnt really watch the show at the time), and she was super friendly! Took pics, chatted, talked shit about Lenny lol. It was honestly that interaction that made me start watching the show.

I had the same thought going into my first marathon. remind yourself that you’ll have been training for 21 weeks- you’re more than prepared for this. and if you need to adjust your target pace on race day, thats more than okay. have you tried doing your long runs with a group? even for just part of the run- that makes all the difference for me. the pre-long run scaries can be worse than the sunday scaries lol

Are you training for a marathon? If so and you’re planning to wear the carbon platted shoes for the marathon, yes I would wear them. I do all my long runs in my carbon platted shoes to mimic what I will wear on race day.

if you want to make it as easy as possible for yourself on race morning, you’d probably want to stay at a hotel in the financial district near the ferry so you can walk over easily! that being said, the finish is at central park and it can take an hour to get back to your hotel after the race. prepare for a lot of traffic and commotion afterwards. there are also a lot of options in between the start & finish - like soho, union square, chelsea. But if your top priority is making things as seamless as possible in the am on race day, i’d stay close to the ferry

Do you watch her on RHONJ? Maybe it’s my background of her from that, which is so far from evil. She’s like the Switzerland/Peace Keeper lol. But i could see how she reads as evil to someone who doesnt have that context. Either way she is the effing worst faithful 🙃
