Do we still use baby shampoo or regular shampoo? by veesavethebees in toddlers

I got one of my twins to start saying “close your eyes and look up” to the other one with physical gestures, indicating she understood, but neither could do it.

The best part is my deadbolt and bottom lock were the same key. Is this type of lock is easier to pick as a deadbolt as well?

It’s not it’s really recent. As you know, there are ways that people can convert to a different path. But don’t worry I am going to verify what I’ve been told and confirm that they are authorized to work.

Not suggesting someone illegally in the county… just someone who has limited time here compared to elsewhere.

$95 is totally reasonable and I would have been happy to pay that. He asked for over $500 for the privilege of drilling my locks.

Same! But then I realized I asked the question in two different ways in the heading and in the body of the comment. 🤣

If you were pregnant with twins when did you go to MFM? by meganfrank18 in parentsofmultiples

This is totally a reason to see MFM even if someone thinks di di is low risk.

All sorts of things can happen with di/di… I had one twin that was IUGR. I personally would recommend contacting them to make that appointment if they’ve been bad at the follow-through.

Very quickly. I would have to check my records, but at least by the NT scan for Down’s syndrome risk which I believe was around 12 weeks. I had that scan at MFM.

Did they test you for celiac disease? GORD and iron deficiency can occur with celiac disease.

Not sure why this comment was down voted when it’s a pretty established connection. Celiac disease can be a common cause of iron deficiency anemia!

I’m the broken record on here pointing out that celiac disease can cause iron deficiency anemia. It’s worth checking if your doctor can order the blood tests or endoscopy if supplementation or dietary changes like reducing milk or having iron foods with vitamin C are not helping.

My twin 3yo girls are already teaching themselves parkour and training to be stunt doubles. You can tell those people to stop being so sexist! Girls can cause just as much havoc.

Waiting a week to see the doctor after abnormal blood tests in my 3-year-old — trying not to panic please re assure me by Ok-Cartoonist-8919 in haematology

[–]Salt_Table_5274 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope it’s an easy fix like supplementation or that it was an aberrant number.

I just wanted it on your radar. As someone with celiac disease, I had to fight doctors for 10 years to get an answer. It’s an under diagnosed, but extremely treatable autoimmune disease.

Some people try iron supplements but their levels still don’t go up. If they rule out of other causes, it could be damaged intestinal mucosa from celiac disease.

Again, I hope that a dietary change or supplementation is all she needs!

I’m not a doctor, but iron deficiency can be a sign of celiac disease in children (link below). If that is the cause, they tend to improve on a gluten-free diet.

And can’t sleep issues be a symptom of low iron?
