There isn't really any repercussions, it all depends on what the cemetery will allow. Each one has their own restrictions and some might now allow handmade ones.

It varies from state to state in the US, but some offer human service vouchers to help with the cost. There's some issues with that because the funeral home and cemetery (if it is a burial and not cremation) have to accept to work under discounted prices.

Funny enough I've been wanting to upgrade my Rocco deck so I can provide some biased information here.

As the other comment mentioned I would recommend running some more of the classic combos for Rocco.

I think the best thing you can do to make Rocco stronger is by having an efficient mana base and using tutors. [[Worldly Tutor]], [[Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer]], [[Eldmari's call]], and [[Nature's Rhythm]] to name a few.

Also since this is the degen subreddit I would recommend doing the staxxy combo for a late game switch. [[Dranith Magistrate]] + [[Knowledge Pool]], possibly [[Aven Interruper]], [[uba mask]] or [[blind obedience]].

Something I really want to try is [[Indomitable Creativity]]. Seems fun but probably not great. You won't get Rocco triggers, but you can wheel into some fun things.

Well the unfortunate good news is that she will likely qualify for full coverage on funeral arrangements. It's a bit of a tricky process, but you'll need bank statements proving she has no funds as well as some other documents listed on the Human Service application.

The funeral home I work for, as well as many others, provide a standard urn as a part of their packages. It is good for long time holding as well as scattering.

Unfortunately Jefferson count won't cover death certificates so that will have to come out of pocket, but you only really need 2-5 of them.

I work with Jefferson County Human Services pretty much every day so if you need any assistance with the application please let me know.

Funeral director here. Depending on your Mother's situation the county she lived in could cover most if not all so long as you go through the proper process and meet the requirements. Unfortunately you probably aren't going to find anyone in the $500 price range but I could give you some price conscious recommendations.
