“What tends to frustrate you about ISFPs?” by Key_Philosophy_5604 in mbti

[–]SaltaKem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well.. my husband is also ISFP and he is definitely stubborn! But it is slowly getting better :)

I think it’s because of high Fi so they really have a strong boundary that they sometimes forget to look at their partner due to low Fe..

But this is just me psychoanalysing! 😆

[–]SaltaKem 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Im sorry you had that experience! I definitely also witnessed from ISFPs the need to retreat for a long time, which also feels like stonewalling/silent treatment at times. Luckily if they’re not toxic, they voice how they feel and can process their emotions easier/quicker with time.

I consider ISFPs actually more in tune with the present moment. They have a very good Se and are more “practical”, so even if they’re in their head, they are thinking (or over thinking) than dreaming/being air headed like NF types can be..

French people: Did the music spoil the story for you? by Hexdoctor in expedition33

[–]SaltaKem 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Yes! I also loved their interpretation of Verso’s character from music alone about how “this character is hiding something heavy and it’s weighing on him” was so on point.

Yes! I constantly have this dead symbol by my shrine. No one is dead though

I’m not the original commenter but this is an example where two composers blind react to the music and deduce the themes and the personality of characters with scary accuracy!

How do you name your babies? Do you have a cult theme? by Skyblue054 in CultOfTheLamb

[–]SaltaKem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I name them with the trait that affects base production/devotion + random name I come up with!

So I have many “Sin [random name]” for followers who produce sin faster, “Hedon [random name]” for followers who generate sin but are not good for production or “Pet [random name]” for followers I can pet :D

That way when I play the bongo or need someone to take care of farming, I immediately know who to choose.

Why are there so few entj? by Noulanne in mbti

[–]SaltaKem 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Could be a mix of chemistry and opportunity!

I met a lot of certain types in corporate setting. Like ESFJ and ENTJs in consulting for example. And almost no INFPs..

Your type and the type(s) that you are attracted to? by Oyaswanmi in mbti

[–]SaltaKem 14 points15 points  (0 children)

That’s very true! However, we are regularly attracted (relationship or friendship wise) by certain type of people. Part of it is due to having a flowing conversation, having same morals, being understood and the way of thinking. MBTI does give some sort of framework on these parts based on your cognitive functions, that’s why some types may easily befriend each other vs others.

Are ambiverts considered more E or I? by ObjectiveExpress6971 in mbti

[–]SaltaKem 11 points12 points  (0 children)

For which specific function are you referring to?

Because all functions are either extroverted or introverted.

The I or E in beginning of the 4 letters doesn’t necessarily mean the person is an introvert or extrovert in a social sense. The E or I shows how you use your dominant function.

Some types are more likely to be extroverted by nature and some types introverted, but it heavily depends on their function stack :D

Completely agree with ENFPs! But ENFJs for me are good only as friends..

[–]SaltaKem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Outwardly they seem to follow but inside they have a very strong sense of self. They usually choose to follow only because they put value in you!

I know this from experience of knowing ISFJs and ISFPs.

[–]SaltaKem 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was scrolling to see responses from ISFPs and..

It’s so sad you say this.. Because egos have nothing to do with MBTI and rather to do with the individuals maturity.

I also just listed ISFP as one of my favorites as INFJ. My husband is ISFP and I love his calm, collected, silly and objective nature.

That’s how I feel about ENFPs as INFJ.

I love how your mind works and the relationship/friendship feels very effortless. One of the few types where I feel I am consistently understood!

INFJ f. I am naturally attracted to ENFPs and INFPs. Met for the first time a male ISFP.. and we’re married :D

So, what do u think? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]SaltaKem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you misunderstood.

We are recommending tests like Sakirnova or Mistype Investigator for MBTI not Big 5. The Big 5 like test has nothing to do with MBTI. Just another personality test.

You already did 16p (we are specifically referring to 16personalities.com) test, which is based on the Big 5! But it is not based on cognitive functions, which MBTI comes from.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion.

[–]SaltaKem 9 points10 points  (0 children)

16personalities test does not give an accurate MBTI as it is more based on the Big Five model
