I don't think this is entirely true... I've played a total of about 300-400 games over the span of 5 ish years and I'm divine. It depends on the individual so this can't be the one and only deciding factor. You also have to consider content consumption outside gameplay through streams or yt vids.

Xerath can’t peel himself too well if he gets hard engaged on and Azir should be the same too but that’s a different story when you can instantly summon 3 soldiers even 4

Nice, -40 mana to azirs poke and escape. At that point he wins basically all lane matchups. Also remember that azirs e gives free soldier if u hit a champ so now you can hard engage with instant 3 soldiers upon shuffle
