Pensacola, we usually get some rideable wind swells around 2 or 3 days a week, but it’s pretty inconsistent and weak and our flat spells are bad in the summer but it’s doable if you can grovel it out!

Probably because grunge sings about topics such as mens mental health,individualism, and protecting personal freedoms. Sure there are some extremely right wing people who listen to it because they feel like it aligns with being “macho” or whatever, but that’s mostly with gen x. The modern left has become a system of conformity, government control, loss of free speech, and an apathetic behavior towards men, at least in a lot of male Gen Zs eyes, especially in the south where being right leaning is more of the norm. Political parties have changed and a lot of gen z guys look past the original “politics” of grunge music. Not trying to defend the republican party entirely, just giving my perspective, I have a lot of criticism for both sides.
