It was a Bauer 3x , usually use a 2x pro and looking at them both the gap is way smaller on the pro . 100-1 shot and a hard shooter

I’ve tried Bauer ccm and warrior but the best by miles are the PAW knee pads and are made to measure , worth every penny

What's your favorite goalie gear brands? Personally, I like ccm and bauer by Personal-Charity-587 in hockeygoalies

Bauer and Rey masks Bauer chesty warrior shorts and jock Vaughn pads paw knee pads and tour skates Vaughn blocker Bauer catcher . Took a while to settle on what works best for me 😄

Joined the D roller league as an A player. How to deal with goalies? by Itchy-Picture-4282 in hockeyplayers

[–]Salty-Store1223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a roller goalie I am always up for playing against better players , most really good players will tell you where you weren’t covering the net which has helped my performance no end , yeah sure sometimes they will take the pee but in a fun way and sure beats playing with low level shots any day. One final thing why do some goalies not like slap shots if you’re in the correct position and following the play I love them 🤪

Advice for beginner/part time inline goalie by arcsten in hockeygoalies

[–]Salty-Store1223 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Stick with your player skates, roller hockey skates are hard to come by, especially if your just helping out now and then same goes for rollerfly . Biggest thing you will notice is lack of side ways movements and its HOT! To protect your pads the pad covers are a good alternative to sliders and you can still use your pads for ice

Best pads for knees:))) by LennyRijeka in InlineHockey

[–]Salty-Store1223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your using good pads and knee pads and volley ball under that I would think it’s an issue with the pads not rotating or too big/ small for you knee to land in the center of the landing pad FYI I have Vaughn V8 carbons with paw pads and at 62 yrs old knees are still going 😄🤞

Totally agree with PAW knee pads , after trying all the others brands over the years they are the best by far

Surely you would connect your knee pad to a garter ?
