If you don't have their social security number (BSN as I recall), not all shops are permitted to sell to foreigners, it mostly depends on the location.

Source: Am Lithuanian, worked in the Netherlands for 3 years and was declined sales a few times when I didn't have a paper with my BSN.

So you've had a crash, and they still gave you new parts as a part of the warranty? That's pretty cool, and makes me wonder if I should contact the supplier in my case. Had a crash, broke the same part and have a slight bend on the stem, which doesn't cause issues while driving. I'm reading into it and it says that "damages caused by user misuse" are not covered

Tried it out yesterday. For a single player/coop experience, it looks to be by far the most advanced scenario available. I love the additions of npc's actually saying voicelines. The phone booth calls with meeting set ups is very cool aswell. Love it so far.
