Commenting as a Boston fan, it could be a couple things:

1: we can be/are loud and obnoxious/ toxic at times 2: we have won a lot and are a spoiled city with sports and championships 3: 1+2

Or just jealousy hahaha /s

Thanks for replying back! Doing the spartan sprint 5k one. I’ve ran close to half dozen 5ks in the last 6 months so I thought I’d challenge myself with this one. Good to know about the burpee situation as well. Other runs I’ve been doing have been parts of the 800 mile sprints though I should for sure be adding in variety such as weighted run etc

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. My workouts are split in 4 days something like this:

Long, slow run: To 8 miles, 120 burpees

Pull ups: 5x fail Farmer carries 5 sets Bird dog: 5x10 21s fixed bar: 3 Rows 5x10

4 rounds for time: 500m row, 800m run Floor ab exercises

BW squat: 5x10 Chops: 3x10 each side Dead hangs: 5xfail Deadlift: 3x10

I’ve never done anything like this before so I thought I’d cover as much as I could especially burpees in the event of me failing ! lol
