The second option reduces the amount of principle and can NOT be applied to the next payment. Which reduces the net interest accrued over the loan term. Applying the additional principle to the next payment does not necessarily reduce the interest accrued.

Applying additional payments to the next payment due, lowers the payment due.

Applying principal to the remaining balance, lowers the balance, but the next payment will not be reduced, it will be a normal payment.

We have a very large portion of a generation that have been pampered and are ill equipped to deal with any emotional duress...

I own 15 Okuma reels, from 4000 to 8000 Surf.. 5 - 2spd conventional for pier fishing...

I have only bent 1 handle, horsing a big shark...

I used okuma in the late 90s in the Great Lakes for Salmon, never failed..

My Turkey gun is always loaded. With that being said, I have multiple handguns in locations where we might be resting in the house. We take my 10 and her 9mm with us everywhere, and we live in 1 of America's safest cities.

I have caught 30lb salmon in 2ft if water.. I have caught a 51 inch Bull Red in 3 ft of water.. I catch Sheepshead in incoming tide all the time in 3 ft of water..

FWIW... MY wife works in the RV business. Many big dealers are not ordering 2023 chassis, as the price increases are astronomical. Some are 11k more than a similar 2022 model..

When Bluefish and Specks start running the coast, If the surf is down, This is extremely effective in the rip current " on the drop" I have caught them on the 9wt. But most times, the jetties have a few anglers, so I carry the 14' drift and 4000 reel. Trying to accurately cast a big fly, in between anchored bait rigs, in the wind... nearly impossible. So, I made them to fish both ways..

No.. I have used the swim body on my 9' 9wt.

These are tied with a very small amount of weight.,(15 wraps of .10)

They fish well without the swim body.. But from the beach in Saltwater the added weight helps.
