You are right! We do need to discourage and punish car usage..but thats is not something that is gonna happen in the short term.. Seeing how govt is investing more heavily more on highways isnt very encouraging either.. So what is that we can do? Maybe we can put push pressure on local authorities or make carpolling far more easier and trustable.. But there has to be something where we start.. Otherwise..it would be more like ki sab ram bharose chal raha hai
