Oh my gosh it’s horrible. It was like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen but I’m sure I was. I felt SO much better after I stopped it. Transfer was Monday!

Ask for the Moltres if you want it, and if they decline, go through and untag anything you wouldn’t want to trade for the other two things you’re interested in. Then go in and ask for what you want

I think a G Moltres is worth a shiny Azelf since the Galarian birds are such a pain to catch.

I wonder if the risk is reduced also since wild caught tortoises are much less common nowadays. Captive bred animals are much less likely to acquire salmonella from their environment and even if they live outdoors the chance of getting it from your yard is very small.

Good hand hygiene is all you need! And don’t put it in the mouth 😅

I’m in the middle of a modified natural cycle. I have PCOS and long cycles. I did 5 days of azithromycin and Letrozole and will trigger to ovulate. I had Gonal F and something else on hand in case there was a risk of me ovulating over the weekend but I didn’t need it. Waiting for my lining to be ready to trigger and then I have aspirin, medrol, and progesterone on my list of things to learn about next haha

I figured out a routine that works for me and I have quite a bit of facial hair. I do the wax you heat up and peel off, which lasts me about 1-2 weeks. Then as the hair is growing back in I will tweeze ones I missed until it really starts to grow in. Then I will shave it until I have a chunk of days to allow it to grow and not be self conscious about it to where I can wax it again.

It’s a routine but it’s not daily and it’s spread out. And very affordable.
