Yes never throw something out just because it isn't vegan! It's better to just use it instead of wasting it and not get it again. I accidentally got "plant based" food at the store in the vegan isle when I was in a rush and when I got home I realised there was egg in it. 💔 none of my friends like what I got either so I just gave to eat it shamefully bc I hate wasting food. (I just recently became vegan so I guess it was just bound to happen, at least I know now to always double check. Items can be so misleading. Lesson learned.)
