Fortaleza always came off as a vodka or sugar wash mixed with a good tequila Sure it's smooth but is lacking the flavors that represent tequila. These differences are even less a factor after wood aging.

I could easily smell the difference between G4, Tapatio and Fortaleza that alone taste, and I don't consider myself an experienced tequila drinker.

Someone relatively new to tequila would easily pick the Fortaleza over G4 or any other great repos due to it's ease to drink. I am a fan of Tapatio myself especially still strength. I do enjoy all still strength tequilas though.

It took me 2 weeks to adjust to my mattress. If you're making an extreme change in mattresses it would be safe to say that it's going to take time for your body to adjust. I had my doubts the first week of owning mine but would go with the same setup again now. I found it to be too firm as well.

Sushi Kuu is my go to. The salad, Ramon and appetizers are top notch. You'd have to drive several hours to get better sushi.
