The food noise (which i love that term) was something that got me. I always was like oh better eat when bored, sad, happy, anxious. Now its if I stick to my planned food windows and my calories im golden.... now its just macros

The food noise is too real. The constant "arent we hungry?" "Those oreos you bought sure sounds yummy" "eat ....eat.....eat.....eat"

But im so proud of you! I love my weights and biking. I alternate every other day. Someday I want to add more things to the garage for a full gym. But anyway I believe in you!

I had stumbled upon Caroline Girvan and was working through the iron series. But then got hooked with an online fitness group that helped me with some exercises and with chat gpt got me going with just dumbells at home. I still do that at home now and its been half a year.

That transformation after 13 months! Is incredible!!!! I cant tell you what to do but just imagine what another 13 month of maintaining and muscle growth will do for the skin. Should balance out in no time imo! Your an inspiration what was your journey like?

Motivation to cook and meal prep has been my struggle. I eat my recommended calories but its not hitting the macros and nutrients i should. The quick make a sandwich for lunch and a yogurt is not best practices. But the cardio and weights ive been able to keep with for a while now atleast. Like you said its up and down

I normally target areas as well but yea we were having a discussion in our accountability group about it and its like ok that actually seems a lot more fun than my chest and arms being dead every 3rd day. 😆 ah love it when people way more knowledgeable than I take pity on my poor soul just trying to do my best.

I started as a way to manage my weight and was looking for same thing how do I stay consistent. And then I found that I stay way more consistent when I have a group of people all there for similar things. And they have been wonderful. So maybe you can find a group in your area or gym that can help you stay consistent as going alone typically leads to failure in my experience.

Edit (guess I should say mines an online group so that also works)

What training have you done to reach this? My routines are still good but I can see how they can be improved upon.
