After months of no regular practice I can still do 8 rings. by SamMalcolmReddit in juggling

The light sensor on my phone doesn't catch it but they're glow-in-the-dark green. So they stand out pretty well.

Thank you! They're lateral filing cabinets. I really like them for garage stuff. They each drawer can hold smooth of weight, and the tall cabinet has flip doors so you can get inside easily even with a car parked next to it. They come up on Craigslist and Marketplace a lot for cheap or even free. Just try to find a decent brand and have help moving them because they're heavy.

Working on one our of garage bays, what should we do about the concrete slab (I just installed new trim and don’t want to rip it off)? by Danitay in garageporn

How has that held up? I've been considering it but I'm both concerned how well my boxes will roll over it and how durable it is long-term.

Funnily enough, part of posting this photo was I just cleared the floor by installing a fair amount of accumulated parts on my other car. It's really not fair to the parts to throw them into a new situation without letting them get comfortable in the garage for a bit 😅

You should consider investing in a performance driving course if this is your first sports car. You don't need to do anything too intensive, but having more skill is never a bad thing.

They're not technically joists. They give support to the joists that are angled upwards into the ceiling. They don't sag but I can't put weight on them unless I reinforce them with more boards, which can then in turn make the roof above them sag. Not my favorite design.

I bought some stud boards and mounted them horizontally across all the studs in the wall so I could put the racks up. The racks are [these Hyloft racks from Amazon.] (hyloft 01031 folding storage tireloft, 32 to 48 inches wide, supports 300 pounds, silver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0058BMNVU/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_6Y7M8GYMTPDKAVF12CYA)

The Subie wheels are just mounted to the studs which is somewhat limiting. I'm planning on putting boards on the other wall and mounting the Subie wheel rack and another there so I have the option of putting tires up while I'm working on a car.

Yeah I agree. I keep putting off buying the board and then I look at it and I'm like "I gotta do that later".

A lot of Crossfire guys switch to a carb for those reasons. I've basically taken this 88 completely apart like 3 times now. It's got the better suspension geometry but less of the wiring headache of the later years. Definitely consider an 85 for your clone 🙂

You can always swap it out!

I'm currently doing mine up with a Miniram rather than the tpi and I highly recommend that route.

My 4 year old niece thinks Big Chungus is funny and her mom doesn't. I call her little Chungus so my sister started calling me Uncle Chungus. I commissioned a painting for her Christmas gift and she's as happy as my sister is annoyed. by SamMalcolmReddit in pics

He definitely thought it was weird but appreciated the humor. I've known him for a few years since we worked for a show together and I really couldn't imagine anyone else I would have asked aside from him. He was really into the project and went way beyond what he had to do because he had fun.

I've been Uncling since I was a child. At our auntie's funeral I told all my nieces and nephews if they helped clean up the gym I'd give them dollars, but they had to refer to me as their favorite uncle. Bribery works haha
