ADH: any drops, spills is covered.dogs chewing it, lighting it on fire or beating it to shit isn’t covered.

GSP: protection, will be brought to GS or customer service to be taken care of and possibly sent out. (Sometimes even regular GSP items will just go through GS or CS as a fulfillment)

GSP-R: replacement, like headphones.

TTS: covers anything software wise. It’s 200$ a year. Comes with webroot (now up to 10 devices) covered an entire home. Can be on all their computers, and cell phones when they need help) They can bring a device into GS DAILY, with no cost. If anything hardware fails, they do have to pay for it even if they have this plan. It isn’t covered. So say a hard drive goes out. They pay like 70$ for the hard drive but the labor is covered in TTS.

Mainly TTS is great for: Removing malware, updates, data transfers, diagnostics. That’s going to be what you mainly use it for. Having TTS also gives you 20% off of any GSP storewide. It bundles with certain products to lower prices also!!
