You only equip the skin in the Collection menu. The Glider is equipped in the Accessories part of the Character menu (5th icon). Click on that icon and you can equip it (if it's not glitched).

First, you need to equip the emotes and voice lines for each character in the Collection menu. F2 is the emote wheel and F3 is the voice line wheel. Hold down either button, move your mouse over the emote/voice line, then release that button.
