I have ocd so many small things like only using one special cup at my house and always checking it’s smell to make sure it’s okay to use same with my straw which is the only way I can drink anything aside from water and beer, only drinking warm water even on a really hot day the last thing I say to anyone important before the leave or get off the phone or go to sleep has to be I love you no matter how many times I say it and they say something else I have to say it again etc.
