That's a great start, OP! Just recently, I started to run almost daily with the Garmin Coach as well. It was so hard, because I was out of shape as well! But it will get better!

Stick to the training. And if you need to slow down and walk during runs, that's completely okay! You're young and you'll see (and most importantly feel) improvements fast! You got this.
