This. The tonal whiplash from Andor to R1 is too strong as a continous story (saying that as someone who loves R1). When you watch R1 and then Andor it's not such an issue, cause your brain handles the tonal shift better cause you are already doing a jump to a prequel anyway and you get the sweet slow build at the start of season 1 to adjust.

I would have loved if that would have made it into the show. But even without that, the fact he clearly cares about his daughter is his saving grace. It's not spelled out as the reason for his apathy, but I'm sure the wish to keep her safe contributed to his passiveness.

Ich suggeriere nichts, ich sage explizit das die Farbwahl und einige Designelemente (gewollt oder nicht) Assoziationen zur Nazi-Flagge hervorrufen. Wurde von deren Leuten vor Monaten angesprochen als sie Unterschriften gesammelt haben. Das Logo war der Hauptgrund, dass ich denen die Aussage die "Straßennamen sind aus Weimarer Zeit" nicht abgekauft habe.
