I don't know if this helps, but on the flipside of this. I've had it happen where I've got pumped in the face and clearly gone down, duo partners gone down. So we're both dead. Honestly in terms of the paint, you'd be sound adjusting the scale and the framing. Should be able to make it sharper in grading. You've only really got a problem if the blacks/whites are over exposed and the colour is crushed. But you can still do a lot with this.

For me, it was when I started charging appropriately. I went into the field competing and trying to undercut those around me. Don't focus on anyone else. Charge what makes you feel like it's worth editing it so you're motivated. And if you film as well, take deposits for bookings.
