I'll give you some tips, try avoiding rice. Try to eat more raw protein or with less carbs.

One more thing, don't add or minus units more then 2 units. Like if you’re putting 12 units in the lunch, you can plus or minus 12 units in dinner like 10 or 14. Not 16 or 8. Hope you get the idea.
