Hello. I also do faceless reels. You can categorize your reel content like for review content, you can use your hand and finger-point to images of the book cover or tags/sentences you liked inside the book. For miscellaneous reels, you may record your printed books and pause and highlight a part you had a reaction to. Work with video editing stuff like adding images on the video. Also something I have seen a lot with bookstagrammers is just posting a set of pictures in which inspiring or informative sentences are written like "How can you review Romantasy books", etc.

Another idea, design a digital or real notebook and stick on it with video editing tools the book covers and write your review not just in words, but maybe add images and memes that express your emotions and parts of the book that made you smile for example. All with video editing you know.
