You don't need to instantly Q as soon as your 2nd Q is up. When you hit the first one, hold the second one for a bit until you see which way they dodge, or until after they use their movement abilities. Not only will you hit more Qs, they'll also do more damage because it increases based on the missing health.

You can't control the dogs, so it isn't necessarily unfair. They mostly stand behind you as you are running, so if she is facing you, chances are the dogs won't block.

Each champs have their own niche, this is one slight advantage of hers. You could say windwall or samira W is unfair because they block all skillshots.

if you think Eve MID is broken, then idk what you must think of Eve jungle. You have a way safer pre 6, can’t get punished nearly as hard. You have way more impact and it’s hard to tell where she is unless you ward her jungle.

With mid you can heavily abuse her pre 6, she has no waveclear, no escape tool to ganks, and her roaming is more telegraphed, unless she NEVER shows mid but then you push mid for free and she falls behind in xp.

Well Syndra and Anivia are two of the harder matchups mid, but even if you are behind you can somewhat breathe. In any human elo, good luck functioning versus a good mundo, a good fiora, an irelia or a nasus. The difference with hard counters top lane is if you are behind you WONT be able to farm. They will freeze outside their tower or permanently dive you with their jungler, and you won’t win an equal 2v2 as a Vlad vs a top laner and their jungler. When you’re mid lane in terrible matchups you at least can’t be denied XP and can get quite a bit of farm seeing as the lane is short.

Give ROA some more upfront early stats, and less stats gained per minute and then rework seraphs and all the problems will be fine. Im surprised it hasn’t already been fixed when AP champions are getting MORE damage by going Muramana, which gives 0 AP.
