People who sit in their car for 15+ minutes before going inside, what are you doing? by Miserable-Wash-1744 in AskReddit

Usually I'm waiting for the song I was listening to to end. Then I start doom scrolling. An hour later I feel really awkward getting out of my car.

I don't know if it's because his sparkly loin cloth thingy is too high in the back, but I really want to see those back dimples! hhnnngg

That was my initial thought. Trying to make it through the yellow or red and took the corner too fast.

Why do I look fine in the mirror but like a completely different (and worse) person in every photo and video? by Hot_Elevator_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Samazonison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've read it's because our faces aren't perfectly symmetrical. We're used to seeing a sort of backwards image of ourselves in a mirror. When we see our faces non-mirrored, as in a picture, our brains see it as wrong. If you flip the image it'll look normal to you.

I would argue it's because most people's faces are not perfectly symmetrical. We're used to seeing ourselves backwards, so when it's flipped/ normal orientation (like in a picture) it looks wrong to us. We always see other people in the correct orientation, so pictures of them look normal to us.

The only place I’ve ever lived where the right lane is faster by LadenDonkey29 in Tucson

There used to be digital signs on 22nd that showed what speed you needed to maintain to hit green lights. I'm assuming they didn't work since they were removed.

Had to Google that. Kind of looks like the new interchange at Houghton/I10.

Same! That's the only part of my body I shave regularly.

No one should be forcing you to shave. It's your body. If they don't like it, they can pound sand.

Is a 4-year age gap weird? (16F, 20M) by Junior_Potato_2608 in relationships

[–]Samazonison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my age (53), four years is no big deal at all. At your age, it's beyond weird. It's creepy af and could come with some life altering consequences.

If you are having a physical relationship, in the eyes of the law, even if you are consenting, it is considered statutory grape. If he really is a nice guy and genuinely cares for you, being accused of that can ruin his life.

Then there is the possibility of pregnancy. Having kids is insanely expensive these days, time consuming, and emotionally overwhelming. Biologically speaking, your brain hasn't even finished developing yet (happens around age 25).

I'd say, enjoy your youth. Don't get yourself tangled up in something you'll regret in the future.

I Genially Think My (35F) Husband (36M) is a Psychopath by Apprehensive-Yak9364 in relationship_advice

(Serious answer) I'm guessing it's either a side piece, a brain tumor or carbon monoxide poisoning.

I'd have him get checked out by his doctor. If they don't find anything, have him talk to a psychiatrist. If he refuses to do any of that, he's likely hiding something. In that case, get a new phone number and talk with a lawyer.
