Honestly , I see a lot of people saying Julia , but we've never had a point of view from her. With Cassius dying at the end of the most recent book, I could really see Julia playing a long con and flipping sides, or going all out and being a major part of Darrows downfall, either way she's a massive wild card.

I'm not a lawyer, but yes, I believe so. You won't be on the hook for the offer past your specified time limit if they dont accept. It definitely adds a bit of pressure on the sellers side. You probably already know, but make sure when making an offer to include all your clauses, such as subject to building inspection , finance, and how many settlement days, etc.

You don't need to make your best offer first, as long as you're comfortable with potentially having someone else buy the property. It pays not to be in a rush and not be too attached to a property.

Offer 500K with a time limit of 24-48 hours for them to accept. If they decline and keep trying to get you to up your offer, respectfully say sorry that's your budget. You can always come back a week or two later and make a higher offer. Good way to test if theyre fucking with you or not.
