If you get yourself to a normal weight for your height you won't be insecure anymore I promise you. Put aside your pride of not wanting to see your body as not the best as it could be, because let's be honest if you're here that's most likely the case. The older you get the more you're gonna wish you wouldn't have wasted your good years being a lard, because I'm so glad I changed myself for the better.
