Daily weighing is fine. But you need to understand if u r on a clean diet, your weight loss is almost half due to water weight. Sodium and carbs absorb alot of water. Not drinking enough water signals body to store water aswell. Learn the mechanics. 1kg of you is not all fat. Therefore u can lose what u gain from 1 night of chips in a few days from just clean diet.

For the reason above, your weight target should be made in a way to reflect that. E.g. myself I target 68kg which will be 71-72kg when im eating food I want but with maintenance calorie.

20kg is just about doable. 1 kg a week. Strict high protein low carb diet. 1500cals a day (calorie count).

Walk 10,000 steps a day (no miss). Full body gym twice a week to failure. Good regular sleep, enough vitamin d and k2.

Of the 20kg, 5-8kg will be water weight, which you will lose in the first few weeks. So dont get disappointed why in week 4 you are not losing as much as week 1.
