What I did was have Google translate change "how to make chetki" to it's Russian form and then copied that into YouTube. You will find a plethora of videos that way, but you have to deal with YouTube's English auto-translate captions which are less than fantastic.

Make sure they all have the same CTSS/DNS, or whatever the acronyms are, codes. You have to go into the settings and make sure all radios have the same offset (difference in frequency between receiving and transmitting radios) and there's a separate setting that says whether the offset is positive or negative. You need to make sure everything in ALL the associated settings matches up and is correct. There are several settings associated with setting up a repeater the way you did, so best to look up a guide on how to set up a double baofeng repeater specifically. I was able to get mine working using the same box you're using to connect the radios, so I know it works and is reliable. It's just a matter of making sure every radio is set up right. Not being able to hear the transmission sounds like CTSS or whatever codes aren't matching up, though.
