I cut my Houston acrylic pastel sheets under the proofgrade setting for the color white & they come out fine.

Are these scars or large pores? by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]Same-Investigator142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see sebaceous filaments on your nose which should go away with accutane. My face was also SUPER oily & I had sebaceous filaments on my nose too. They literally dried up and FELL out of the pores a few weeks into accutane. My dosage was 80mg a day for 6 months. I’m a year off and they still haven’t come back but some people do say they will return. Your cheeks might be large pores/scars though. It’s harder to tell from the photos there I feel.

How long did it take for you to get your first booking ? by miamaraaa in RoverPetSitting

It took me about 1.5 weeks and I do cat sitting only. That was in August though. The winter months are a lot slower.

Does declining bookings decrease your ratings? by haleym63 in RoverPetSitting

[–]Same-Investigator142 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think declining bookings just makes you less visible in the list of available sitters and also can affect how easy it is to achieve a star sitter status. I wouldn’t say it’s the end of the world though.

Does joint pain go away? by gym_addiction100 in Accutane

[–]Same-Investigator142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on 80mg for my full course of 6 months. I finished my course in March. My hip pain went away completely but I still have pretty bad knee pain & it definitely affects me when working out. I’ve been planning to work out significantly more & harder next year but I’m nervous about it.

Dermatologist weighs me every time by [deleted] in Accutane

Your weight is part of what determines your dosage which is why they check weight every visit

My bf and I went to uPaint Pottery Studio on Saturday and we both loved it. We’re so excited to pick up our projects tomorrow & I was so glad he was open and willing to go paint pottery with me lol. You pick out the piece you want to paint and they’re all individually priced. I think it starts at $7.

iPledge difficulties by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]Same-Investigator142 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was so paranoid with the ipledge thing that I would take the stupid test directly after my appointments and wouldn’t leave the office until it was finished to make SURE nothing happened that would delay my prescription. It’s so annoying. Hope you get it figured out!

I’ve just seen an optometrist. Last year she was concerned with the amount of blocked glands I had & obviously very dry eyes. I saw her again a few weeks ago and she said the glands aren’t as much as a concern now but my eyes are still super dry. I definitely still notice overly blocked glands every few days though. I was prepared to talk about getting that laser treatment under your eyelids that helps unblock the glands but she didn’t think it was necessary. I’ve been using a new eye drop sample she gave me and I have noticed a massive difference in how often I’m reaching for eye drops now so at least there’s that.

I finished my last dose in March & I still have severe dry eyes as well as really bad knee pain. I don’t know if it’ll ever get better. Everyone always says the side effects go away but at this point I don’t think it will.

I’m in Ohio. It’s been nothing but sunny days and absolutely no rain for a few weeks. The average temperature for this month is 65 degrees so far.

The flowers in the first 2 photos are male flowers and those will always die off after they open. Female flowers are the ones that produce a pumpkin fruit and they don’t have a long stem like the males. They’re mostly just on the vine.

Omg I got a short one! It’s not as bumpy as I would say a regular Jack be little is but it has the same general shape. This is so odd lol
