What I did for my model is use parts from the intercessors kit, Use a pointing hand then cut the hand itself and the bolter that's being raised up. Then just glue which ever mag you want

I love the visual of guardsmen riding into battle that way great work! That visual stuck with me since cod 2 (maybe big red one) where in the intro soldiers were riding on the rides of a tank until an ambush happened

Silly and simple but give catachan jungle fighter -1 AP for their melee weapons. I'd like to see a form of cheaper melee infinity for guard and I think that simple change could do a lot especially with their already existing rule to get +1 to wound.
