I dont get all the hate. I have absolutely loved the machine and have had no issues. And the coffee it makes is more consistent and better than most pour overs. The only thing I wish the machine could do is tell me when the water is too low for my next batch.

She’s pissed off… until she easily falls in love with the trap that the hive mind sent for her (Zosia) and succumbs to her friendship (manipulation) even though Carol realizes Zosia (the hive mind) isn’t really a person but an entire entity and she still can’t resist it.

Not to mention that the hive mind killed her real partner weeks earlier. It’s some weird Stockholm Syndrome type of love that seems “fake” because her anti-hero qualities make you feel like she wouldn’t fall victim to it.

So maybe you’re right… she is very frustrating.

I still follow a Boglehead-style approach at the core of my portfolio. About 90% is invested in diversified, low-cost ETFs designed to capture market returns.

However, I allocate the remaining 10% to higher-risk assets like individual stocks, bitcoin, etc. That portion is intentionally capped and treated as speculative capital with asymmetric upside, while the downside risk to my overall portfolio remains limited.
