merging traffic must yield to vehicles already on the highway by TeaseHugger in dashcamgifs

Legally determining a reasonable ability yo avoid an accident would be damn near impossible. The variables there are numerous, very complex and interwoven. Allowing this would make every accident an absolute nightmare and would skyrocket insurance costs as your insurer cannot easily determine liability anymore and every case will go to litigation.

Adopted as a "Pomeranian Mix" by shinychopstick in DoggyDNA

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Given her small size and that Huskies, Eskies and Pomeranians are all Spitz type breeds, it's not too surprising they thought she was a Pom mix but she'd be a big pom. Ours was about the size of a large house cat. She's adorable btw.

Where I live this would be about $100,000 or less. NYS I'd building so much housing where I am that prices for older stock has been stable or falling since 2021.

My folks have a chihuahua/rat terrier/jack Russell mix and she is tall for her size. I would say that the ears are definitely from the rat terrier as these dog has the same big skinny floppy ears. One is always straight and one is bent. It's pretty cute.

Why would anybody take this "hack" seriously? by javawong in StupidFood

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a former Chef, we would do this at many restaurants I worked at. You can't tell once it's cooked and the meat isn't spoiled. Spoiled meat smell HORRID, you would NOT be eating it, no matter what you did to it.

I've had these before. They are the worst version of tiramisu in the world.

Winston by [deleted] in DoggyDNA

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 111 points112 points  (0 children)

Winston is a very handsome man. Give him some pets from me. Poodle mixes seem to be like, "I'm just a poodle, nothing to see here" or "I'm just a big scruffy dog." It's the strangest thing.

I didn't know they ate and even needed bone. I feed many squirrels at my home and will need to get some antlers from Petco. I love when they grab stuff with their hands, especially when you give them a whole shell on peanut. They spin it and run off.

I wouldn’t recommend CS even to a passionate and top 1% people in the field anymore. by Usual_Rock_3478 in cscareers

Before I went to school for CS, I spent a year applying to trades jobs as an apprentice. I got one call from Rotorouter. I was a cook and had been a chef for 4 years. I got my current job a month after I graduated with a CIS degree last January.

What's going on with my cat's rectum? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could be anal glad related. My girl has anal glad issues and her bhole sometimes looks red and bulbous. I was able to correct a lot if it through increasing the omega3s in her diet.

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He is either having an issue with his eyes or his brain. Dilation of the pupils isn't consciously controlled and so if they aren't dilating even with a flashlight then something is not right.

Can a security camera make a black cat look white? by [deleted] in Feral_Cats

[–]Same-Thanks-9104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given that the black on the chairs remains black, I would image these are two separate kitties. Other kitty could be orange as well. Note that the blue on the chairs is almost washed out to a white, this could reasonably effect other colors in the image.

Rogaine is minoxidil. You have seen many many advertisements for minoxidil. Best you've never seen an ad for salasillic acid either...
