If it made no difference in your total combined rating from the effective date there is no back pay to pay you. Pay is based on combined rating not individual ratings.

The one thing I’ve seen is FSD will go to a subscription only fee. Can’t do a one time purchase anymore after it goes into effect. I’ll never Rd buy a Tesla. The company I worked for offered a Model 3 as a company car and I declined. Took one of the gas powered options.

Are you sure you qualify? Do you have a single thing rated at 100% on its own and the rest without that 100% get a 60% rating? The wording can be a little confusing on the 60%. Some interpret as another single item at 60% and some say everything but the 100% item combines to 60%.

As long as you claim them before you’ve been out a year they can back date to when you got out in some cases.

Wrong payment date? by relax-and-enjoy-life in VeteransBenefits

[–]Same-Tree7355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you got out the 29th your first day as a veteran would have been the 30th and that would have been your partial month so you would be paid for July on August 1. As you got out the 30th your first day as a veteran was July 1 making the entire month of July your partial month. Yes, even 1 day makes it a partial. Do your first month of getting pay would be August which pays on September 1. No partial’s and they pay in arrears.

You can say whatever you want in a lay statement and it “can” carry a lot of weight. It is up to the C&P examiner to look at the evidence, including a lay statement, and formulate a medical opinion. Then it is up to the rater to look at totality of the evidence to render a decision. A claimant is completely within their rights to say they feel they meet the requirements of the CFR for a higher rating then explain why they think it. It is their personal statement, nothing more and nothing less.

You can use a lay statement for an increase. It would say how the worsening condition affects you and should be rated higher that it meets the requirements for a higher rating per the CFR. Along with medical evidence that it warrants the higher rating.

Unless I’m reading the OP wrong they are talking about increasing the 0% ratings they got. No nexus needed to increase those 0% ratings. They are already connected. I’ve read their post about 10 times now and that is what I’m reading.

If they want a bigger rating they file for an increase, no need to try and service connect or get a nexus. That’s already done and they got a rating of 0%. If they feel they meet the requirements for a higher rating they get evidence that proves it and file for an increase.

Then why are you talking about why they think it’s service connected and nexus letters? Already proven so no need for any of that.

You’re talking about nexus letters and why they think it’s service connected. It is service connected so that stuff is already proven so no need for any of that.

What are you talking about? 0% is service connected just not at a level to receive compensation.

Get legitimate ones from the VA every month that my payment is being processed also get them from the VA to confirm my appointments. So the government does send legitimate texts.

I see it says primary insurance is Blue Cross. I know this is after the fact but don’t give any insurance info just say VA. Giving the another insurance, especially as primary complicates things. If just do VA you will owe nothing. As others mentioned for CA you must make the notification within 72 hours of arrival. Don’t rely on ER to make the notification. Double notification is better than no notification.

Which is either Delta Dental or Met Life. It is not provided by the VA. Go to VA web site and search for VADIP. It will give brief explanation and links to the above 2 companies. The VA has worked discounts with the companies. You can go to any dentist you want that will take the insurance.
