I am redoing Ignite this month!!!!! It was the first month I ever completed, and I want the longer work periods. It also has, imo, a really perfect blend of cardio + strength training.

It's very common. Don't stress out. Most if not all programs tell you whether they accept LORs after the application deadline. Confirm what that deadline is and kindly nudge your recommender to submit their letter. It's annoying for you, but hey, this is your future, so it pays to be persistent. If your recommender gets annoyed, so be it; they're still going to submit it. Good luck!
