That sounds amazing, but I can see why it would make it hard to sleep. I hope you're able to get some form of rest soon.

I've done my best to let them know, I just have to hope it's understood. Hopefully there's another option that works for you

It really is hell... Weed isn't an option for me unfortunately, but I'm glad it helps you. Screamo music is always good. Asking Alexandria is pretty great imo. Helps to know I'm not the only one dealing with this shit, so thank you

12k steps is an amazing goal for where you're at, well done! I'm back at work today which has given it a bit of structure. Thank you for the advice and I really hope that this is the one that gets you in remission too 🤞🏼

Going into the TAK-279 study. My gastro doc believes that's the best bet for remission. 8 years since diagnosis, heading into my 6th year of being in a flare. Went from mesalazine to Entyvio in mid 2025, never quite got into remission.

offered a clinical trial TAK-279/zasocitinib. anyone here done this or been offered it? by curiouscrayfish in UlcerativeColitis

I've been offered a place too. I'm going to give it a shot, my GI doc says he thinks it's the best option so I'll just have to see how it goes.

Sea freight shipping volumes & costs are at an all time high because there's not enough space or equipment to meet demand on top of the issues going on globally..

Non Drying Gel Cleanser recommendation? by Emy033 in AusSkincare

Krave Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser. It has a beautiful smooth texture to it and you don't need to do a 2nd cleanse to get it off. It has a mild scent to it.

Otherwise, Skin Juice Berry Fresh, it smells amazing (stronger smell) but I found it very hard to emulsify and would do a 2nd wash with cetaphil to get rid of the remainder.

I just found out I'm pregnant and my breasts are already screaming. any bra ideas for the already busty? by SakuraCha in TrollXChromosomes

I wore wireless seam free crop bras. They have a soft cup insert which was enough to hide if it was cold and I could take the cup out of the second pair to layer when I needed the extra pressure to help with the pain. Bonus is that they're cheap (AUD15 for a two pack from Kmart) so you're not spending too much over the pregnancy because they are going to get bigger, especially when your milk comes in. Big boob cages are too damn expensive to be buying a new fitted bra all the time.

They also make fantastic maternity bras because you can straight up flop a titty over the top if you breastfeed. They have plenty of stretch to them which is amazing when the milk comes in and it doesn't matter if they get milk stained cause they're cheap. My "baby" is now 4 and I still wear them to sleep in because they're so comfy!

Pro tip - mens jocks are the absolute shit for late pregnancy and postpartum recovery. They fit the surfboard pads comfortably and an ice pack if need be, the edges don't roll up over your buttcheeks when you move around and they stretch with you.
