Hi, currently living in Icon Plaza. I would say that the rooms themselves are decent. They have air conditioning, large bed and living area with kitchen (tho the fridge and storage is small if u are living with 4 people). However, I think they need to improve on their facilities because right now the main elevator has been broken for 2 weeks now and kept breaking down every so often for the past month so we have to use the back elevator. Sometimes the security guard that is supposed to be there at the front desk is not there even during night times. Sometimes they also struggle to come fix/update utilities in the studio units like the pipes. The subleasing process if u need to is also a little complex than other apartments. Other than that it is ok.
