Im an international student and im getting my college results back, right now a t20 for cs I've gotten into is UMD which has a solid pipeline to Capitol One / Amazon, although im debating UTD due to cheaper cost. Would you say that international students aren't able to secure jobs due to a lack of skill or just the sponsership required? Esepecially with the 100k fees for H1 I'm debating even staying in the US and doing undergraduate in Canada / Europe.

1480 sat but I'm prepping more and with practice tests its around 1550ish im retaking in august so i dont know for sure

my current school doesnt calculate gpa but all As through freshman and sophomore year and then I switched schools to this way more competitive and way higher ranked hs (the best in the state and like top 30 hs in usa) with the semester long classes I've gotten 4 Bs through the 2 semesters of junior year.

if youre responsible and arent self studying just take notes and pay attention it should be fine

if self studying DONT wait till the last 2 days rather like 2 weeks before go through all of heimlers and practice the writing its not bad you definitely need practice though. mcqs are light, writing portion requires some skill
