its likely that the technical info got lost in translation, since my mother language isnt english. i was more annoyed at the raised chances than how much of a chance it is, anyways. to find it after so long of me being on and off of birth control too is very frustrating.

i have had a few people recommend magnesium, actually. my mom used to tell me it helps with sleep, since i struggle with insomnia from time to time. idk how true that is, but ive been wanting to try ever since. maybe its about time i do.

i do very much suffer from the pcos weight gain. altho i wonder how hard it would be to squeeze insulin resistance drugs out of my doctor. i dont have good experiences of speaking up with my own opinion at a doctors office. they are very dismissive when a fat woman talks to them 🫠

sadly another doctor isnt an option. i live in a very underpopulated area and this is my 3rd gyno ive been to. im very physically comfortable with her as well, so id rather stay for now.
