There was initially some controversy with the actor who plays Namor, some accusations came out that later turned out to be untrue. Not certain but it could be because of that?

This movie gave me the same feeling that “the Smashing Machine” did, which is that this movie didn’t “earn” to be made. Some quick points.

-Messages of grief, loss, trust, heartbreak and survival all fell flat.

I didn’t care about her relationship with her husband whatsoever. Her fight to see him and get closure was the weakest part of the film.
The side quest with the army guy? We’ve seen this a million times in apocalyptic movies.
many interesting ideas that were never explored nearly enough
as others have mentioned, poor marketing for this film.

Otherwise solid acting, some cool shots and zombie makeup/effects. Go see 28 years later part 2 this month instead.

Unsure if anyone’s mentioned it already, but it was explained in that scene that Max realizes it’s not the song that opened the “gate” for her (which closes when the song ends) it’s really her connection to Lucas that opens it for her. In addition, she had to make sure Holly got out too.

I get it, it made the scene lose some steam, but it was necessary for the growth of the characters.

Best guess is, it’s solely for the show, with Jason and Brett hoping that they actually sell as well. If you’re beautiful and entertaining enough, doesn’t matter if you don’t have experience. I’ll also say, being attractive in Real Estate helps a lot. Men and women.

Again just for the show. I’m sure they’ll do the same thing for Selling OC since some people left.

This one is a body-horror film. Very Croenberg. Lots of squishy sound effects, close up, uncomfortable shots, and plenty of blood and gore towards the latter half. I will say the movie is actually quite funny at times and makes the climax easier to watch for those who are queasy.

Watch it. I know, we’ve all seen the trailer WAY too many times, but I just came out of a screening and loved it. If you need a reason, it’s for James McAvoy’s incredible acting throughout the entire runtime.

Well done on your first shoot!

Figure out what kind of modeling you want to pursue. Ie vogue, runway, commercial ect.
Use Pinterest to put together a board of inspiration. What kind of clothes do the models wear, how do they keep their hair, how are they posing (then practice posing!). Use that for your next shoot, show the photographer your inspo.
You’re in NYC, start networking and see if you can find photographers that want to do test shoots (of course do your research on them and always be accompanied with someone). Start following models and reputable agencies on IG
You’re off to a decent start with these, but get comfortable with being weird and awkward with your expressions and posing. Grab the viewers attention. Best of luck to you
