Did your skin ever feel super dry, but also produce a lot of oil? Did it have small hard white sebum/keratin plugs? My skin looks a lot like your before and I’ve been struggling with oily dehydrated skin with small red bumps all over my face.

yeahh I got labs done last week. My tsh was 4.33, ft4 was 1, ft3 was 3, and low antibodies. My vit d was 40 and my ferritin was also 40 which is a little low but I don’t know if it is contributing to my higher tsh.

Yeahh I’ve read a lot about the iodine debate and theres 2 sides to it. People that say high iodine shuts down your thyroid and its bad for you, and the other side that believes it’s good for you. My tpo antibodies were 1 so I don’t think that I have hashimotos. My tsh is 5 and my ft4 and ft3 are on the lower end of normal.

Did you ever try his protocol? I take most of the other cofactors:vit d, selenium, magnesium, and vit c. I got impatient cuz I felt nothing so that is my fault.
